liar. You note Section 152 (which says nothing about undocumented aliens) and do not note at least 2 sections that state specifically that a non-citizen gets no service from the Federal government.

The denial of affordability credits to undocumented aliens(page 143, line 3)does NOT deny them health care.

Also, Sect 59b(a), page 167, line 20, says there will be a 2.5% tax added to the fee for services for ANYONE without acceptible health care coverage.

Then, on page 170, line 1, it says that subsection (a) above, shall NOT apply to non-resident aliens.

So, not only do they get health care as anyone else does, they are exempt from the tax on those who don't have insurance coverage.

So, before you call someone a liar, you ought to be sure you know the truth, which, obviously, you don't.
