How about I tell you about my lunch today?
Fixed myself some stuffed jalapenos for lunch. Just like my mom used to make for parties. The first time I ever ate stuffed jalapenos was when I visited my mom right after she had entertained a gaggle of those old biddies who used to meet at her place.
She had a big serving platter of stuffed jalapenos no one had touched.
They were good. I took the whole platter home and sat out in the back yard with it. The neighbor's dog, a big German shepherd named Queenie, came running as it always did when I had food outside.
I expected the peppers to dissuade that mooch but she liked them!

My son-in law came by and tried one. He turned a kind of neon pink and ran for the kitchen door.
So Queenie and I finished the platter of peppers and three cans of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
Queenie went home as soon as the peppers and beer was gone. Judging from the way she was walking she could have used a designated driver.
The next morning I looked out my front window and saw Queenie out there scooting her butt through the cool morning dew on my front lawn. It looked like that would sure feel good and I was wishing I could go out there and scoot along beside her.

Try eating a FRESH lemongrass salad in Thailand with about 6 different types of peppers in it. THAT will redefine what "after" burner is all about.
