Why This Evangelical Christian Minister Does Not Support Huckabee

Rudy Giuliani

has zero foreign policy experience. He kicked a few hobos out of Times Square and won a few court cases. And because of this you find him to be a great warrior, and overlook the fact that he still supports funding for abortion (athough he said maybe not at the federal level), and supported Clinton's veto of the partial birth abortion ban. Any man who thinks the the citizens should pay for a woman to suck the brains out of her partially born child better have REAL credentials on foreign policy, because he has no soul and does not deserve to represent the greatest nation on Earth.

Guy Arthur Thomas

I think we are on the same page with a lot of this stuff. It is always nice to meet a free thinking Christian. Thanks for the encouraging words, my firend

I honestly sympathize with all of our concerns. My only point about Rudy was that I would vote for him over Hillary in a general election. Sometimes we must vote for the lessor of two evils since the alternative is the GREATER of two evils. All of your concerns about Rudy would be so much worse under Hillary. Add the Fairness Doctrine and other bills that democrats want to pass and the free speech to criticize abortion advocates goes out the window as well. As for foregn experience, Huckabee also has zero. He was a governor after all, not a president. At this point, I must listen to what the men at least say they will do. We never know if people are speaking the truth but sometimes we have no choice but to take them at their word: Huckabeen's word that he would talk to terrorists is something that feeds terrorism. Any terrorism expert will tell you that.

As I said, if Huckabee gets the nomination, I will vote for him over Hillary or Obama. Even though (sad as it is to tell you this) if Huckabee gets the nomination, he will not win

That was an honest typo when I wrote "Huckabeen" I meant "Huckabee"

Duncan Hunter's "A" from GodVoter.org

Duncan Hunter is a Christian, and GodVoter.org has his responses to various questions on his political and religious beliefs. The website gave him an A based on his responses.

I think that Christians see Huckabee's resume where it lists "Baptist minister" and think "He'll finally get Roe v. Wade overturned," yet they ignore his past record as governor. Christians should worry about Roe v. Wade, but there are other things to consider besides that.
