Black leaders refuse to give up the stranglehold they exert by playing the racism card, and their community suffers for it. I call it the plantation of Liberal ideology on which they are still slaves.

In fact some are saying that Obama is not "Black" because his ancestors were not slaves, showing how this victim mindset is now being used to define American Blacks. If they cannot get over it, they will always be second class citizens.

Hey thanks a lot. I'm a big fan of John McWhorter, recently saw him speak on a panel actually, and he was on the CNN program. I know sometimes I am leary of expressing my opinion on this but that is precisely why I decided to anyway, because I shouldn't have to feel like that. I will check out the article.
