Are The Democrats Worried About Obama?

ONLY WORRY IS WHY SIX RINGS!

No we are not worried about Obama and why should Obama have to resort to being NEG-A-TIVE like his opponent so dirty politics is what America wants to see then just put Jeb Bush in office.

I think it is mighty honorable of him taking the high road or being the hero in politics as Dr. Phil always says someone need to be the hero in this relationship and so Obama keep on going with the positive and not the negative.

So as a woman you can through a punch but if a man really threw a punch at a woman it would KNOCK HER SOCKS OFF! and that's just if a man naturally hit a woman. They say men are not to hit women so that's what he is doing.

Oh and on the Red Phone ad can someone please explain to a regular american citizen why is the most IMPORTANT PHONE IN AMERICA ringing six times? I can think of several reasons but help me out? Surely she knows this is the one phone you must answer if you don't answer your house phone or your cell phone this is the one that needs to be answered.

Is she Menopausing or PMSing and just can't deal with the most important phone call in america or does she think it's one of Bill's mistresses that he gave the phone number to in the heat of the moment proving that she is better than Hillary, Why six rings.

Thanks for writing and for reading my blog. I always appreciate new readers.

I don't completely follow what you wrote but I will try to reply as best I can.

First, Obama may not have engaged in dirty politics himself, but he has definitely engaged in dirty politics by proxy, for example, his followers calling black superdelegates declaring for Hillary "Uncle Toms". (I don't have the link handy, but look through the "Best of the Web" archives for February. There was a link there. If I find it, I will publish it as an update on this article.)

So, dirty politics is definitely part of the Obama campaign, even if he manages to convince the devout (such as you) that he doesn't.

Second, I think the 6 rings are for effect. As it is a commercial, I think they want the rings throughout the commercial. So no need to read too much into that.

Anyway, as I said, thank you for writing. You are the second Obamaniac to write, and I do appreciate both of you stopping by. My own mother, who lives with my family, is an Obama supporter, if not a full-fledged Obamaniac, so I have nothing against you. I think Obama supporters are wrong, but I enjoy speaking to you.

Please come back again.

Clintons wanting Obama to be Vice Pres

I'm amazed at how it is being shown that the Clinton's want Obama to be the Vice President on a ticket with them. What an insult to Mr. Obama. He is in the lead in delegates and not that far behind in super delegates. It's as if his lead is being discounted by the Clintons and soem of the media. Are the Clintons so desperate and do they think that the American citizens can't read and see the results being posted on television, websites, newspapers, radios and other media.

As far as being able to be elected, from what I have seen with the voting results, there are more democrats signed up to vote than republicans. Even those states that Obama has not won against the Clintons, the popular vote for him, as compared to the populuar vote for McCain, has averaged 50-100 thousand people. By these numbers alone, he will be able to win and doesn't need to be on a ticket with the Clintons. It's a concern that the Clintons will do anything to win, but my question is why? Have people forgotten the scandals that wen on while they were in the White House. What about White Water and Monica.

The number of registered Democrats vs registered Republicans is not the relevant. There are few states where either party holds a majority. It is among the independents where Obama or McCain will win, and neither has yet really had to court them.

Actually, as you are not the first to raise this, I think I may post something on this topic. You see, the current polls really are meaningless and I hope to explain why. So please check my new posts, and I will give you a more complete answer.

Thanks for your post, and, as I said above, I will be offering a more comprehensive answer to your comment soon. So please come back again.
