The current system wasn't given much of a chance to succeed, was it? Scuttled after one primary in May and general election in Nov. The "FACTS" are that there was nothing wrong with the original system but because the results weren't as DEMS wanted, they needed a new system. Well they got it and it still isn't good enough. Now we're back to 1900's technology but only after wasting hundreds of millions of hard earned taxpayer dollars. But this is of no concern to those on the Left.
