China's Military Build-Up

Our trade deficit with China is funding the buildup of China's military capabilities. The joint operations between Russia and China several weeks ago smells of quasi "alliance" between the two nations. Russia has the nukes, submarine technology and China has the man power and the trillions of dollars to upgrade their military might. This is a match made in heaven. The entire Pacific region would be under threat. Moreover, look at the distance between China and Russian and the Middle East. A few thousand miles at best seperate these countries from the bulk of the OPEC nations. Talk about cutting off the oil to the West and choking our economy and our military to respond to the crisis. So, if and when Taiwan gets invaded we will be able to watch the Chinese cruise missles with the "Walmart" smily faces painted on the warheads smash into the capital of Taiwan or what ever country China would like to take out. "W" blew it going to war with Iraq and generations of Americans will pay for his mistakes.
