The Heartland Institute (www.heartland.org)held their convention on climate change last year, and one of the speakers was the former science advisor to several presidents, had two or more PHDs, and made a good case that for every $15 million taken by cap and trade, or spent on biofuels, etc. 2 humans starve to death, die from bad water, etc.

Every year almost 12,000 die from malaria due to the ban on DDT. The perpetual state of decline our world will be in will make it impossible that the third world nations will ever be any more prosperous.
