This is an AWESOME site about Mitt Romney and him running for President. On this site there is a lot of great information about him all amassed in just one place. I highly recommend taking a look at the site and forwarding it to everyone who may be interested.

Don't forget to BOOKMARK, the site is updated multiple times daily!

I feel proud

Dude, the largest Protestant denomination in the country got its start because slaveowners wanted to keep quoting "Ham shall be a servant" as justification for their holding slaves. Hell, yes, churches change -- and a damned good thing it is, too.

Mormon leaders like to say that their church is either all true or all a fraud. They share this simpleminded concept with you. But the world doesn't work that way. Mormonism is just another church, which means it pretty much just muddles through like everyone else. Mormon leaders aren't infallible, any more than the Bible is. (Unless some new evidence of a worldwide flood has cropped up in the last couple of days...)

Now, on to that Book of Mormon verse you quoted, with that snarky little "A little anti-semitism there?" -- showing that you couldn't be bothered to read further down the page. Let's post the text, shall we?

"But thus saith the Lord God: O fools, they shall have a Bible; and it shall proceed forth from the Jews, mine ancient covenant people. And what thank they the Jews for the Bible which they receive from them? Yea, what do the Gentiles mean? Do they remember the travails, and the labors, and the pains of the Jews, and their diligence unto me, in bringing forth salvation unto the Gentiles?
5 O ye Gentiles, have ye remembered the Jews, mine ancient covenant people? Nay; but ye have cursed them, and have hated them, and have not sought to recover them. But behold, I will return all these things upon your own heads; for I the Lord have not forgotten my people."

Yeah, there's "a little anti-semitism there." It's yours -- or, specifically, your Protestant American forebears, to whom that passage was addressed. Again, thank God churches change, and that you (presumably) can go to church without hearing the preacher curse the Jews. (You've moved on to cursing Mormons. Fish gotta swim, lawyers gotta sue, mouth-breathing creationists gotta hate someone...)
