And as to your quote from Powerline (concerning the AP hope that people won't actually read the conclustions): pretty sure most people won't read it. Got into an extended disagreement with some leftist on the Greenberg article this weekend, where the character cited the Phase II report authoritatively, without having gone through the trouble of reading it. I responded by cutting and pasting from the actual article, which she/he proceeded to ignore.
