Great read! Now for your Q and post topic ... why follow failure? Hmmm, I can think of 2 reasons off the top of my head:

1. It's easy to follow

2. It takes maturity and guts to stand up for what is right and not just "go along" because someone hangs a "carrot" in front of your face to get you to run in circles.
