Unfortunately, for this Border Patrol Agent this incident occurred in the bailiwick of George Bush's good friend Johnny (Hatchet Man) Sutton. Sutton is the tool of Bush and the Mexican government. He will persecute anyone who tries to secure the border.

The other question is: Why if Ortiz Castillo had been caught crossing the border illegally 28 times was he not doing a long stretch in Federal prison? Apparently Sutton only prosecutes those trying to protect us and turns a blind eye to the invaders.

Let's hope a Texas jury shows some good sense if this comes to trial and acquits the agent.
