I can not find any info on this case. Why is there a case before Judge Carter in Santa Ana, CA?

It has nothing to do with the case of Maj. Cook as that has been settled by the rescinding of the orders sending him overseas.

All the links for the Santa Ana judge's statements refer back to each other. There is no link to any court site, nor to any site explaining what the Santa Ana case actually is.

I believe this is an invalid claim, and that there will be no "trial". Why would there be a trial? Why in Santa Ana?
