GW is a naturally occurring phenomenon. It's much easier to blame somebody or some country for it, though, because you don't have to read anything about it.

What exactly is your problem with Blair, though?

I used "save the planet" as a figure of speech, to express the fact that some political actions are worse than useless. Regardless of whether man-made global warming is true or not (which is not the point I was making), road pricing is not going to reduce CO2 emissions - which presumably was supposed to be the point ...

(Anyway, as the T-Shirt says, why doesn't Al Gore fix global warming with all the money he made from inventing the internet ... )
