the enumerated points:
1) There's already state agencies. Eliminate all unConstitutional entitlements period.
2&3) I'd replace it with the Fair Tax, but the flat 15 would still be an improvement

5) I'd settle for removal of all who don't judge according to the actual WORDS of the Constitution.
