The only thing preventing their destruction by the Jihadists is, for the most part, the US Military. And who makes up 90% of the US Military? Conservatives.

If this country splits (something almost everyone is worried about), who will the Liberals get to protect themselves? A split, with our nation forming two separate nations, will leave the Liberals almost undefended. The Conservative portion will be too busy setting up a government to worry about the Liberal half. And 90% of the US Military will go with the Conservative half.

A very good point. If our country splits, which I don't think will happen, but if, the conservatives will come out on the good side. Think, you have two countries next to each other. One takes all the money from businesses, while the other lets them flourish. Where are all the businesses going to go? One has voucher state education, while the other has federal run education. Where are people going to go for their kids?

The conservative side would basically swallow up the liberal country and we would be back to one country lol.
