She came out last week

and said she will not officially put her name up for nomination, and the rules say that the candidate must do so in order to be considered, no matter how many petitions delegates circulate and sign demanding her.

Hillary Can Put Her Name in Nomination

Hillary can approve her name being placed in nomination and force a roll call vote. In my opinion she will do this, just to show people how much support she has, and to set herself up as the big favorite in 2012.
