I HATE FEMINISTS!

With a BA,a BS and a Masters, took ten years off, to raise the grandaughter and then the grandson to the point they were both in school.

For that, I told her she had a blank check for whatever and whenever. All she has to do is call and I will make it happen. Both of the g'kids are supremely happy kids with no doubt about who the parents are and know precisely who loves them more than the planet they stand on.

Your daughter is to be admired and respected for making the right choice. It's how NORMAL children are raised instead of the soul dead automatons I see at the mall.

Jan you are so right! The loss of bonding through just being with your kids when they are babies is everything!!!!!!!and it has reverberated by the square through our Entire Nation!

The dividends are incredible....I don't buy my daughter's love like a lot of women do that feel guilty because they weren't there. I'm tougher than any of hers friends Moms ...But then I spent the first 2 years giving her my total undivided attention...It was hard! When I see parents following their babies around for hours I'm a very sympathetic...I read in a book that the hardest job in the world is to keep a toddler/ small child entertained. (They say it's easier if you have more than one). I didn't have a TV,radio,phone,or internet and I had moved out of state. It was lonely....but I bonded with my baby and today no matter what the issue is the bottom line is my daughter LOVES ME like puppy she shows it every day no matter how bad she try's to tough it out when things don't go her way.

Most Feminists either don't have kids, or the ones they have "aren't right" upstairs because of abandonment issues.

Over the years, I have become convinced that feminists will not stop engineering society until they have eradicated all differences between men and women. Jan, I can tell that advocating mothering and opposing the feminists' tradition-busting is so much more than an intellectual exercise for you.

You're so right--to me it speaks to the very survival of our culture and our values. I am so happy to have been here for my babies and that they are there for theirs. Boaz mentioned the "soul dead automatons," and it is not an exaggeration. Babies and small children MUST connect with and bond to a mother who is a constant in their lives. They need fathers too, desperately, but it is the mother who makes all the difference in infance and early childhood. And Cindy, good for you too for being there--there is no substitute--NONE--for a mom who adores her children and is willing to be their mom (not their girlfriend). Let's hear it for two-parent, married man/woman families who believe that kids need parents more than a new SUV. Thanks to all of you for your comments.
