Well said...as I wrote in one of my last entries...if their is criminal negligence, then we must adhere to the ruke of law. However, as a former interrogator instructor, there are virtually hundreds of methods, though uncomfortable and perceived by the layman as "harsh" do not meet the Geneva Convention definitions of "torture"..and frankly, I have no problem aming those that wish to kill as many Americans as possible, uncomfortable..even if that means we scare the urine right out of them.
