Get your facts straight. Back when Hillary's campaign released the photo of Obama in Muslim garb Foxnews was very clear that he was not a Muslim. As for editing photos, I guess you missed the McCain shoot for Atlantic Monthly. You can mock the dangers of terrorism all you like, after all, brave men and women are dying to ensure your rights are protected unlike the dissenting views of people in countries ruled by Muslim clerics.
