... to just pick another politician. My understanding is that here in the Age of Obama we need "young," hip, celebrity-type folks in political office. Schlossberg-Kennedy and Thomas would make the cut for our Brave New World, but a tired old political hack like Bruno? Never.

A friend pointed out in a separate email that I missed another selling point for Thomas - he can say he's following in the footsteps of Bill Bradley.

I suppose if Zeke's not interested, perhaps Earl the Pearl has nothing better to do. I heard him yesterday on WFAN, so he must still be in NY.
