Carpet bomb Iran and Syria. Let the camps know that they are next if the hostages aren't given back alive. Designate destruction zones. If hostages are taken from such and such area, such and such area of the opposing side will be wiped out. Solves Israel's problem and ours as well. It's called the balance of terror. If they wish to be terrorists, let us show them what real terror is. Who was it that said, "I care not if they love me as long as they fear me."?
