I understand your point, but we are talking about the Constitution here! If we can allow foreigners to pick and chose our laws, what have we left?
Should there be riots, that is what the second amendment is for, to PROTECT AMERICA. Anyone rioting to keep a foreign born sleeper terrorist in the white house is an enemy of the state, and if they attack legal citizens and get killed, it is their own responsibility.
I hope you are right, we could use a thinning of the ranks of the un-Americans that hate this country.
Our Founding documents are not static, there are legal ways to amend and change them, IF THE LEGAL CITIZENS desire it.
Anything else is anarchy, and to be fought to the death by patriotic Americans.

If Sotomayor is confirmed, there is little chance the supreme court will review the birth certificate issue, and if they do, it is my assumption that Kennedy would side with Sotomayor, Stevens, Ginsburg, and Souter. There is no guarantee that Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas would even take the case.
