Mad at Bush--For Dave Part 2

Context, that's the work that applies to life in the new millenium. We don't disagree about Bush and we do agree about the majority of Americans. Our way of life's continuity is the balance against what I weigh the issues. To me, my sense of Conservatism is about conserving our freedoms. Islamicism, Socialism, and Liberalism are the threats I view most serious. So much of what we are confronted with on a daily basis derive from those three. What I see as the failure of the GOP, is letting it's base become divided by not directly addressing the issues to it's members in a cohesive manner. I don't think Hispanic Americans agree with breaking the nation's laws. But I think they feel there should be a reasonable way to deal with the reality of the situation. And so do I.
Protect our lives, protect our economy, protect our freedom and we'll get on with life. All the other stuff is distraction and divisive. Thanks for a thoughtful response.

avoid the base becoming "divided" when the parts that was doing the dividing was being led by flashy talk show host like Laura Ingraham?

Dave, we really must stop looking toward big Daddy to "stop/protect/help/save" us from our own stupidity.

This is what Liberals do--and why I am beginning to suspect that this division is caused by Liberals pretending to be "real" conservatives-- intent on destroying the GOP from within.

Dave...do you realize that while I may sound like a Conservative...YOU sound like most of America's Independents...(grin).
