The Liberty Party is a good name, except some of us who follow the fringe recall the Liberty Lobby, and you wouldn't want to be confused with them.

I had thought of proposing Jeffersonian, but Jefferson is so over-idolized, even more so then Reagan. (I adore Reagan, but he has become superhuman in memory, and, let's be honest, he was not perfect, great but not perfect.) So I would not want to add any more to that excessive reputation.

Madisonian makes it sound like we have something to do with advertising or Wisconsin, and Monrovian sounds like we are a regional party from Liberia.

How about Jacksonian Party? He fought for hard money and an end tot he Bank of the US, and he managed to return a surplus to the citizens before leaving office. Some may decry his handling of the Cherokees, but his policies were generally those a real conservative party would want to support.

As long as we make it clear we mean Andrew and not Jesse, Jacksonian seems a good choice.
