Ignorant Liberal Posters

I can vouch for that

Just for what it's worth:

In high school and my freshman year of college (1976-1977) I was one of those Anti-vietnam war,pro-choice,etc. fools

Then I grew up.

It started my freshman year of college when I had servicemen in some of my classes that didn't match the stereotype. A couple of my best friends turned out to be Young Republican club members. Went to one of their meetings and was introduced to the county Sheriff. He was a professional who talked about Miranda ( which he had always thought was a strange decision since his department did most of what Miranda required long before he became a deputy)

Then I got a job and started to see the difference between earnings and take-home pay. And of course at this age I needed all the money I could get. Naturally in filling out job apps I found that I had little in the way of marketable skills and therefore earned low wages.

And finally, with Jimmy Carter as President ---well... the rest is history.

By 1980 I was a hard core Republican although not as conservative as I got as I neared 30 . Even today I contrast the optimistic message of Ronaldus Magnus with the worthless nothingburgers McCain, Specter,
,Grahm,Snowe,etc .

In a way I pity people like your poster who never had the opportunity to experience Ronaldus Magnus. All he knows are people like the Clintons, or McCains or Craigs. Compared to them Obama probably does sound good.

Neither does your poster have enough historical knowledge-as exposed to political talking points-to judge. There are historical track records for the types of things Obama wants to do. None of them are good.

Thanks for the story.

It's not an uncommon tale, fortunately. Hopefully, people will continue to grow up. Otherwise, we might have to look forward to many more years of B. Hussein Obama and his ilk.

In today's post, having gotten tired of some of those same old liberal talking points you mentioned, I tried to suggest some fresh arguments for libbies to employ so we don't have to be so bored with them all the time.
