I am a Republican, although not as conservative as you and I do support Senator Obama although I respect John McCain (whoops! He's probably not really named John either I'll bet!)
I don't have a problem with people standing up for what they believe in, but I do have a problem with hypocrites who pretend to be one thing to the outside world while in real life they are nothing like they present themselves to be.
Helping battered women might be more noble if you didn't feel the need to tell everyone about it all the time. I'm not impressed.
I'm pleased to know you have a psychologist friend. Tell her about your need to degrade women on the phone (yes, I have a friend you've spoken with).

"The less you make the harder you work"? Set aside for a moment the obscene idea that it's OK to drain the income of the hardest working, if we follow your logic, then getting EVERYONE off of welfare would make them instantly into hard working, productive citizens.
