I see the point!!! It has gone far too long that we have laws written either by legislative or judicial bodies that address the negative. We do need laws that respond to the other side of issues. I ponder if with all the negative laws(Laws against..)could we have just one law stating that for all the against laws, there must now be an equal positive law.....Wouldn't this make as much sense as what law making bodies (legislative and judical...excluding wives)currently do? I'm sure of it.....or.....am I?
