This is not just Obama's problem but he seems willing to make the situation worse contradicting his campaign rhetoric. Our VA hospitals improved slightly under both Bushes but not nearly enough and Clinton sucked the funds dry calling them part of the peace dividend. We police the world and then get lectured about our arrogance by our own CIC. Patton walked arrogantly through the Arc de Triumph liberating Paris and then the French didn't seem to mind. I don't think the Jews hold any grudges against our arrogance as we walked into Auschitz. Ask the recently freed easern Europeans we freed in the cold war victory and get their take on America. We rebuild the entire world after cleaning up other peoples messes and then say we can't afford to take care of the ones who did the heavy lifting. Maybe they look at John Kerry and his three purple hearts and see a standard. All I know is kerry is an insult and so is the treatment of real injured vets.
