I think Bush has done an awesome job by appointing very sharp African Americans, and other minorities to high posts in his administration.

You have great suggestions, and I believe the Republicans are doing a lot of what you're saying under Karl Rove's leadership. I agree we have the best ideas for all, on the conservative side of the equasion, and many are realizing it at coming to our side!
