I know the title, though I either have not read it, or read it long enough ago that I have forgotten the contents.

I believe it was referenced in Fischer's "Historian's Fallacies", which is also a terribly amusing read, at least for those of us who have had to read really bad historical arguments at some point in our lives.

If I am confusing memories, it is obviously because the title was drawn from a (relatively) famous bad quote.
