Guaranteing a Republican Win

Since we only care about political calculation and having an "R" after the president's name and not about conservatism, why don't we convince McCain to have Satan as his running mate? They guy know every conniving way to win. After all he wrote the book. We're sure to win then.

Hey I understand your frustration being a conservative with the nomination of McCain, I am not one to crash and burn the party and start over geting rid of Republicans like McCain, Spector etc where the only thing they have in common with us is the R after their name. I believe in the lesser of two evils in this situation,while pushing our values to the forefront. We have a lot to do to win over the conservative base after wasting 6 years of having a republican president and congress. Having the Deomocrats kicking our a** in 2006 was a result of that. We won't get anywhere but further in the whole on issues like Roe v Wade, taxes, health care and immigration if we let Obama or Clinton win in november.
