The entire thing makes your head spin. Has it been four years? Did we survive it? Did we make it?
I see how Obama has resigned from the Senate. Wouldn't want him to vote or anything. And I see Senator Gaffetastic has not resigned. Still sucking the paycheck. Oh and he did announce to Pelosi that he would not attend a vote for her lame duck session. Check please!
Wake me when it's over!

Good stew, Garnet.
Can't say it was "delicious", but I am going "hmmm", "hmmm", "hmmm", and "hmmm". Food for thought, indeed.

Sue, we need to compile a list
of Obama's accomplishments during his tenure as a United States Senator. Years from now, his biography will include "U.S. Senator" as an entry and school children will assume that he actually performed the duties of a Senator - what a laugh. I suspect that he will be as effective as President as he was as a Senator.

Greetings BMU!
"Food for thought" - good play on words! That Wikipedia entry really pi$$ed me off. Every day I marvel at the immature, malevolent drivel coming from the left - truth means nothing to them. I agree with the study by some Professor that found that liberals suffer from a brain disorder.

What will fill those pages of his Senate days? "He voted present more times than any other Senator?"
That fills one line. What about the rest? :)

Nah, his "present" votes were in the
Illinois senate - I mean the (supposedly) 143 days that the Senate was in session since he took office. I just think that his activities throughout his life have left a trail of "breadcrumbs" to illustrate how he got from one place (community organizer) to another (the presidency). And we should never let anyone else forget those activities.

Wow, that's some kind of stew you got cooking there. We can only hope someone with some juice will exploit the birth certificate issue, but I am not holding my breath. That would require some objective reporting, and there's certainly none of that going on these days. The lobbyists will get full payment for taking on the role of scapegoat. Plenty of bailout money for that. And the bias against Fox is not shocking, especially from Wiki, but very sad, indeed.

Ya know, I think that a term like "PDS" for Pelosi isn't accurate. A more accurate acronym would "PAS" for Pelosi Awareness Syndrom. We're not "deranged," we're "aware."

You know, the thing about the birth cert. may or may not have legs - but there are now several lawsuits pending so it's not necessarily left to the MSM to publicize it. If it does get to the supremes, it will be impossible to ignore. I don't know if there is anything there, but if there isn't - why not release it?
I did send an e-mail to Fox News directing them to check out their listing on Wikipedia - maybe they will - depends on whether anyone reads their e-mails and actually cares.

Is the deadline for all dirty work that can be blamed on Bush. So I think they'll try to get as much bail out etc. done before then. After that, it's on the Dems' bill....
Fox? Convenient target of the unhinged morally relative weak minded Leftists. Shocking, I say....
New one at my place Garnet.

The reign of Obama begins and the buck will have to stop there. But that won't stop anybody from blaming Bush for the sorry state of the country that he left for Barry.
The left immediately began blaming Bush for everything that happened following Jan. 20, I plan on following the same policy for Obama.

Yeah, and watch the unhinged Left demand Obama start prosecuting Bush, Cheney and everybody else. It'll be ugly, IMO.

I am not going to have the television on myself that day. I just want to sleep through that day and let it pass. Maybe I can wake up in four years and be happy!

And Henry Waxman is just the man for it. It's the same M.O., keep the Bush administration before the public in a negative light. I don't think they really care if there were real trials, it's just the bad publicity associated with Bush, Republicans, etc.

That means "you bet your sweet a$$." I think I will go into hibernation that day as well. I like your idea of not even turning the TV on. Or maybe I'll watch The Simpson's Movie over and over all day - it will make just as much sense as anything the networks will be saying.
