We as Americans do constantly wait until a crisis appears to act from WWII to the gas crisis of 2007-2008. We are incredibly near sighted when it comes to crisis. We can drill for oil to give us the time to create alternative energies or the Cubans will do it backed by China, Russia and Venezuela. The choice is incredibly stark. Great Post!!!
