Confucious Say Art And Politics Don't Mix

"I am constantly confronted with the specter of political preference in the world of writing as I worry when I submit a piece if the editor has partisan biases. I wonder if I should scale back my language to hide any political leanings that might peek through."

Oh, you poor, poor persecuted conservatives!

Used to be that the culture of victimization was one of the bad features of American liberalism. No longer! Nobody can whine about being singled out for oppression like the American right.

There are NO breaks in the fight against power-hungry liberals who want to run our lives! And, for your information, I don't feel persecuted!I am confident that conservatives will win the fight because the current crop in the WH doesn't know their rear end from a hole in the ground! Economic policy, foreign policy,you name it, Obama is crapping out-the man should avoid Las Vegas! HaHa! And the Nobel Peace Prize.....well, he's in 'outstanding'company isn't he....Arafat,Carter,Gore,Woodrow Wilson...good leftists all!!

I continue to write,to do what I love. My blog was meant to simply point out the preponderance of leftist politics in the arts world. My statement about liberal editors is an indisputable truth. So many magazines and newspapers in this country lean to the left that I'm surprised that any of them have righthand pages! You just can't accept the fact that someone is pointing out the fact that artists can be conservative and creative at the same time. Art is not about politics. There is no place for propagandizing in the world of the arts! That was the jist of the piece-not me 'whining'. I know it's hard,though, for some of you liberals to read differing political opinions with all that wool pulled over your eyes!

I wanted to let readers know that someone at another conservative website has posted this blog,"Confucious Say Art and Politics Don't Mix" with their name in the byline. I have requested that they remove it or credit me but have so far been ignored.How sad that someone has to stoop to such behavior!
