Yah know, for some strange reason, as I was growing up and playing with my toy soldiers and watching Combat on TV and thinking about which branch of the military I'd like to serve in, the Marines were always my favorite.

Can you clear up something for me? What is the ROE on useage of "Semper Fi" when used by a civilian? I have heard that it goes both ways that Non-USMC should not use it, other times that when used in a respectful and appropriate manner, is always acceptable.
