Incorporating an image in your post

...I tried to paste pix/ images one time and it worked. But I had to do it all on a Word doc, then select all, then copy and paste on the TH page. It was a hassle. I'll read through this and maybe it'll help me. DD

get it to work? I'd rather just copy a Word doc into Townhall with the images already imbedded in the doc, but wouldn't work for me. If you can consistently make that work - write up how you do it - I think we'd all rather do it that way than to first have to copy the image to a hosting site. I know I would.

By now, we've exchanged e-mails and you figured out how to do it without my help - good for you.

Hey, Garnet, your employment of pictures on your post really puts your stuff into the 21st century. Looks great, and I appreciate your sharing your technique. This is something we need around here at TH because, while we have a stable of really great wordsmiths (including you, pal), without occasional graphics, we don't ave much visual "pop". I just talked to Bobs My Uncle (he lives in the Dallas area and we have a beer together from time to time) and he was having trouble with his image in Photobucket. Please let me know if you also have problems with my technique. Thanks.
