When confronted by something that must be said the first thing a Christian should ask himself is "Am I looking forward to pointing this criticism/problem out?" Because that is important. When I've been confronted with something (RARELY) that must be said to a very close, good friend who will not hear it from someone else, I have procrastinated until the last minute. And even then it tears my guts out to tell someone this THING. Every fiber in me is saying "No, God will take care of it. Don't get involved. LEAVE IT ALONE". If after months and months I'm still agonizing over it then i know God is yelling at me to talk to this person. Anyone who will easily and confidently say to you "Can i say something in love" obviously has not been appointed as spokesman for God and they should keep their mouths shut! So if someone walks up to you and they look agonized and tormented to have to be the bearer, LISTEN.
