I have several friend who have experienced the exact same thing. One of my friend’s ex tried to KILL her twice and a judge still gave him custody of their children. She did some researching on the system and found that the judges are being paid by the mob to give custody to abusive husbands in particular so the mothers are forced to fight for custody. Anyway, there is a mob family that fled the Chicago area and settled in the west (Arizona, Utah, Nevada and surrounding areas) and they are behind the corruption. They are making money from all the court cases through many avenues including kickbacks for extra business and numerous padded federal grants to fight the legal battles for the cretins who should never been allowed to be a father in the first place. I would like her to write a book explaining all this. I know this may be of little consolation, but it does offer and explanation.
