should be read over and over again. The principles are lost on the majority simply because they’re no longer taught. Or worse, been offered only from a liberal POV.

I remember Buckley interviewing the Pres of Notre Dame many years ago and he stated, "Oh, almost no one follows the Natural Law (of Aquinas)any longer....although it is still highly regarded, blah, blah.
Buckley did, I do and he was stunned at the academic versus spiritual significance the Natural law holds for people.
The Dominicans still teach it, and I keep a very good set of 4 vols, A Companion to the Summa by Walter Farrell close by.
I recommend it as a source book.
Many modernists will try to knock down the underlying philosophy of the Constitution by pooh-poohing Natural Law.
