Should Blacks Be Given Restitution?

1-all cultures through history have both perpetrated slavery on others and have been victims of slavery. What was different about the Europe and America when America was being settled and founded is that there were many voices who for the first time were questioning the morality of this here-to-fore universal practice.
2-"Slave" is from "Slavic", white peoples who were the typical slaves of medieval Europe.
3-African slaves were sold to slave traders by African tribes who had enslaved them after some conflict between tribes.
4-slave traders and slave owners in America included a number of blacks.
5-as overwhelmingly demonstrated by Thomas Sowell in his book, Preferential Policies, which Sowell wrote after doing research on a tour of the whole world for two years, Affirmative Action and Reparations have never worked anywhere they have been tried in the world, and in fact are always counterproductive to those these policies seek to help. Not only has no advocate of these policies ever refuted Sowell's overwhelming evidence--none have even had the courage to try.
