Well, I'm not sure why he wants a task force/ blue ribbon panel to determine what to do with the terrorist--I mean, the enemy combatan--I mean, detainees. Jack Murtha, Hal's favorite hero, quite happily volunteered his state of Pennsylvania to take in the poor, wretched refuse of the pisslamic world.

Bet Pennsylvanians are happy with their gun laws right now....
