What you say about the House is very true. I didn't think about that. The midterm elections could be interesting without W to pin everything to. We could hope for a tidal wave of votes against the establishment if their approval ratings stay in the teens. With Reid and Pelosi, I don't see how approval ratings could improve. Certainly, nothing of substance will be done on the cost of energy and oil should rise substantially above $100 before that election. Two years is not enough time to discover and move new alternative energy technologies into production. The electorate does not have the patience to wait 10 years for BHO's pie in the sky plans to come to fruition. They want their Big Macs in five minutes or less. I'm looking forward to the check BHO is going to send to me. My AGI is way down since I retired. Still hoping for Mc and Pal. It could still happen.
