It may be "unpublished," but it is a public document. No court document, save some with personal information or which has been "sealed" is "secret."

I'm almost certain not to make friends, but I have no friends among a judiciary and a legal ethics system that doesn't want to do its job. I don't want those kinds of friends, so its no loss to me.
