Why U.S. need All-National Civilian Self-Defense

Boris, thanks again for your insight. I wholeheartedly agree that a homeland self-defense force ought to be drawn from ordinary, concerned citizen. This is the heart of the "militia" named in the Second Amendment, and the circumstances that concern you are certainly within the scope of the Second Amendment (and of thoughtful, thorough preparedness).

Police and National Guard know that they can't be the guardians and saviors of every citizen in a time of extreme crisis. The citizens, themselves, must begin to form self-assistance and self-defense units in preparation for a catastrophe.

Also, I agree that the jihadists' intention is to slowly bleed the resources of the United States from every angle imaginable. It's been ongoing since 9/11 on a larger scale. The general public now is incapable of fending for itself, and have come to rely on government for their every need. That government is wanting for resources, as one blow after another takes its toll.

I am very pleased that you understand the magnitude of modern terrorist warfare and a necessity to have appropriate anti-terrorist Instruments and Forces for combating terrorism on the American soil. Among them is the all-National System of anti-terrorist Civilian Self-Defense.

This war is not the war of the U.S.Government against some radicals, whoever they are. It is the war of the Free and Sovereign Nation against those who are by using Instruments and Forces of Terror intend to take away endowed by the Creator our Rights of Life, Liberty, and Joy.
