You left out one important factor:the inevitable over reaching of the dems.Just as the GOP squandered their chance at glory and set the stage for the most liberal victory in history,so will the dems,only they are doing it at light speed.Only when the country is desperate for a strong conservative leader will one emerge.Just as the Dem sheep follow Obama into areas they normally wouldn't go so will the Republicans toe a strong conservative line with a strong leader as in Reagan.Yes the country will be damaged and citizens will suffer but this had to happen.Freedom isn't free and there is going to be a lot of sorry people who won't believe what happens to them.
