Victory was already achieved by getting rid of Saddam and we should never forget that. The current problems in Iraq are inevitable and should not be blamed on Bush - they were destined to happen and reflect mistakes made going way back before Bush ever got the US involved.

The problems may have been inevitable, but then that only begs the question as to why there weren't better plans and contingencies established to deal with them.
