Other laws?

If these agents were to be charged with allowing the illegals to cross with a blind eye then most border agents would have to be charged as well, not to mention this administration. Did they too swear to defend this country from foreign invasion?

According to the US Customs and Border Protection website, on their first day they take an oath.

These guys got off easier by pleading guilty to accepting bribes and filing false income tax returns.
