Chad, the Left doesn't know what to think about Jesus, so they just make it up as they go along. You know, bend his story so it fits the bent narrative of Obama. Ends justify the means. But don't dare mention Jesus AFTER the election, they will sick the ACLU on you.

Obama's revisionist version of history will eclipse even those of the Clintons - that is very scary. Thanks for stopping by - I appreciate it!

"Blessed are the poor for their's is the Earned Income Tax Credit..."
I like that. 'The Ten Suggested Guidelines', WOW!
"Yay though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil, because I have Free Government Health Care..."
The Bibles that they put in motel rooms could have a whole section devoted to sexual techniques, kind of a New Christian Kama Sutra!
I always thought that religion needed a giant dose of liberalism to make it relevant!

Those are great suggestions for the New Liberal Revised Version of the Bible. Or, maybe they will just include those points in the New Democrat Party Catechism and Official Party Theology. Oh wait, they already did....
I hope they keep it up - not only is it good entertainment, but it's yet another nail in the Obama campaign coffin.

Democrat Theology
Is a joke - maybe I'm just a real judgemental jerk, but when I hear the likes of Pelosi and Biden and, heaven help us, John Forbes Kerry, pontificating like they actually care about their faith... to them it's just a voting bloc.
I am glad to see even a few of the Catholic Bishops speak out publicly that Pelosi and Biden are misrepresenting the teachings of the faith to suit their own political aims. I would love to see them ex-communicated, and justifiably so. The scandal these people cause in misrepresenting Christianity is awful! How many souls are misled by the Obamas and Clintons, and Kennedys and Pelosis? And NOW they think they've found the messiah. Silly me - I thought He had already come - like 2000 years ago!

AWESOME post
not said lightly; caps! AWESOME!
listen, it's bizarre i ended up over here. i came over to, basically, apologize for having called you the wrong name on my blog. listen, not thinking you're thin-skinned, okay? i'm sure you don't care. but i just thought i'd apologize for the lack of courtesy.
i know it looks ignorant, but i actually am online ALL DAY for reasons i won't mention. i am on ALL DAY, most days. there are several computers in the house. and i have lots of time to blog on my own blog, but it gets hard to view the screen for that length of time daily. i also, today, thought dr. pete was sarge...
well, anyway, to make a long story even longer, it takes longer for me to maneuver amongst blogs, meaning, i can leave my own up and respond and see what comes in, but i can't move to as many different blogs as i'd like.
i am really, really delighted, though, that i came to this one!! this is GREAT stuff! and i plan on becoming... a complete pest! your current blog is exactly the type of thing i like to read.
i have several blogs on here that i try to hit every day, and i don't always leave comments. i just wanted you to know, especially after i ended up here for this odd reason, that i'll be coming back again. i love the way you write, and i haven't had a chance to look through all of your articles yet, but this one's really, really something. i LOVE this.
thanks again, and i'm sure this comment... will look completely bizarre!

Thanks so very much for stoppng by and for the compliments - I really, really appreciate it! After the military, police and airlines, I'm pretty think-skinned and don't really get rattled too easily - unless someone calls me a "progeessive" then I come totally unhinged.... I thought I figured out what you meant in that response and had some fun with it - hope I didn't offend.
I love reading your stuff too - great, unique style, each post is very different.
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment - I try to hit so many logs and leave comments but there's only so much time in the day - especially when you're watching a 15 month old! God Bless!

Stupid "old religion"hillbilly
Bush derangement is fueled by hatred of His faith and is being transferred to Palin as we speak. He wont be president soon and That bigotry can't go to waste , it will just get reused. When Obama exercises his cafeteria Christianity, he gets heaps of praise because (like everything else people hold sacred) the left can't use it unless they can redefine it. They have recently discovered Jesus, but only in the form of Black liberation theology. A Jesus that fights the rich for the sake of Marxism. The big mistake is that Jesus ain't Robin hood, looking for money and big social programs..He's looking for souls.

Redmeat & cigarettes, thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to read and comment.
You nailed it: "Jesus ain't Robin hood, looking for money and big social programs..He's looking for souls." I think that is precisely the point our comrades on the Left seem to miss.

some on the left are looking for souls, too. didn't michelle say barack knew we had holes in our souls?
look, i may have holes in my soles. i do a lot of running and gardening, and i may well have holes there. this kind of concern from the left would be fine.
as far as a bunch that want to make sure i get my free abortion in the future, and that the kiddies get free condoms and their abortions, too... and let's face it, we could make a list of all the wacky, creepy, leftie ideas... well, i think people advocating these views should look at their own souls before they start engaging in sweeeping analysis in this area... you gotta hand it to mac, when he talks about bad reflublicans, he doesn't start saying they need an exorcist.

Chad -- You got me laughing out loud! -- The leftys/progressives are such hypocrites and they don`t even know it -- They must share a single gene that causes them to think the same way and speak from the same page almost instantly -- Or they have a great texting system -- To compare Obama to Jesus is blasphemous and shameful -- But they think it works --

the democrats are rapidly turning into the Village People of this election, so that is why i think it's funny sue mentioned "the village."
we've got the crazy cowboy (obama), the policeman (officer biden), military man (former commander-in-chief bill clinton), indian chief (media leftie donna brazile and her oppressed media ilk, including lovable uncle charlie gibson), and leather man (hillary, and bill's past love interests). construction worker: dennis kucinich?
i guess it really does take a village to lose an election you should have had won at your convention.
and i hope it's fun to stay at the Y, M, C, A!
