So, when Pat Robertson gets going and says something over the top like calling for Hugo Chavez's assasination, Christian leaders have no problem with chastising him and saying they do not agree.
But when Achmadinejad goes over the top and calls for Israel's annihilation, how many Muslim leaders chastise him and assert they do not agree?
In my guess, some but not most would be the answer.

Thanks for your comments- I agree 100%. I would also venture to say that other muslim leaders would not chastise him because they DO agree with his sentiments on Israel. Like I said, Islam is a religion in serious need of reform.

Jersey boy

Ed, I am from Cape May some 60+ years ago. I have two blogs both from Ca. I am a Christian college teacher and pastor and very conservative. I have been in the culture wars for a long time blogging, being in politics, and religious circles. Good to see a Jersey Boy blogging. Hope you can hear Hugh, Dennis, Mike Medved as well as Rush and Sean where you live. BTW, moderate Muslims are getting rarer and rarer. Newer reports about madrasses in Detroit, Balt. and NYC show how much hate the Wahabbi imans spout. And being in Britain, I have seen a huge Muslim impact on their domestic and foreign policy. France is already lost to the imans. Blessings for 2007. You can check in with my new townhall blog at http://kgk.townhall.com or http://phillyfanatic.spaces.live.com/? As you note, I still at age 68 follow all the Philly teams.

Way too long

Thanks KGK I really have to get to blogging on here again - it's been way too long
